1.) Repayment period: 18 months installments.

2.) Installments purchase (Interest charge)

• 50k – 100k depending on the principal amount.
• Provision of interest waiver incase a member clears within a month or in case of at least 85% upfront payment.
• Interest charged to be prorated depending on the actual repayment period.

3.) Project Withdrawal penalty: 25% of monies paid.

4.) Project Application fee: Kes. 3,000.

5.) Down payment/Deposit: 25% of the installment price.

6.) Non-Members: 50,000 extra charge.

7.) The Prices are inclusive of title processing charges.

8.) The Plots are serviced with borehole water, fencing & grading of internal roads.

9.) Flexible repayment plan is available comprising of 30% deposit and balance cleared within 12-18 months.
